Joan embodies the stillness of Stillheart. She attended the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology’s doctoral program where the foundation was set for her to listen to and trust in what is being called forth from the divine. Today she continues to listen to guidance as Stillheart evolves to serve all those wishing to enter a place of serenity, beauty and sacredness.

President and CEO
Debbie unifies the vision and mission of Stillheart Institute. She is a business leader, author, speaker and personal growth expert. After a 15-year corporate executive career in the high tech industry, Debbie decided to help people achieve success and happiness in life, work and home through positive change. She is the author of The Goddess of Happiness and Vita’s Will. Her “Health and Happiness” column appears in the Examiner.com. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Certification in Hypnotherapy.

Joanne Brohmer,
Guest Relations Manager
Joanne is a committed steward of the earth and on a mission of love. She comes from a background in the healing arts and environmental studies. Her work includes intutitive counseling, family constellation facilitation, community gardening, and work with autistic children. Here at Stillheart, she brings her grounding and loving nature to support the guest relations process.

Ann Dannelly,
Programs and Events Manager
Ann values the silence and stillness that Stillheart invites us into. She can assist you to put together all or part of a program for your group. Ann also has an apartment at Stillheart and is available to assist guests in the evenings and weekends. Ann began her career in business working in the non-profit and high-tech corporate sectors in Silicon Valley. She came to Stillheart after living, working and training at the Zen Monastery Peace Center, in Murphys, CA for over a decade.

Sue Morales,
Financial Manager
Sue feels very blessed to have had the opportunity to be the steward of Stillheart’s finances throughout our construction phase to the present. She works part time, Monday through Wednesday. and is also a licensed celebrant, officiating wedding ceremonies. Not only is she a talented financial manager but she brings light and laughter to all of Stillheart’s team.

Teresa assists with ensuring the internal beauty of Stillheart and has been caring for Stillheart's interior surroundings for over five years.

Mike brings over 15 years of construction management to Stillheart and does a stellar job caring for the buildings and grounds. He lives locally in Woodside with his family.

Chelsea Gianniny,
Executive Assistant
Chelsea treasures the serenity of Stillheart’s being. She enjoys and encourages the therapeutic acts of breathing deeply, stretching, creating art, bonding with animals, gardening, cooking, and observing patterns. Inspired by compassion, love, and wisdom, she is motivated to help others to enjoy a quality, balanced life. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies.

Mary Ann has lived in the Woodside Community for over 25 years. After many years of employment including her time at Stillheart, Mary Ann has decided to spend her time helping organizations like Stillheart in a volunteer capacity.
