Theme: “Communication, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution Skills for Personal, Professional, and Relational Growth”

The Four-Fold Way®  12-Day Program is an educational experience in which Angeles Arrien demonstrates how to “walk the mystical path with practical feet.” It is designed to increase our respect for nature and each other, and enhance our ability to work cooperatively and creatively in teams. The program inspires “spirit in action” using the cross-cultural components of leadership and communication skills, creative problem-solving, health, self-care, and education. This work develops relational practices and enhances effective communication with self and others. Daily practices of peace will occur and additional skills for teamwork, creativity, and self-responsibility will be explored to increase professional development. This program includes a three-day, three-night solo wilderness experience, (or for individuals with health limitations, a modified experience is also available).

Pre-requisite: any Four-Fold Way® Foundation program, or equivalent work.
