So I was delighted, last night, to hear I attended the Wisdom & Wellness @ Work panel dis­cus­sion hosted by the South Bay Organizational Development Network. Panelists Mark Ball, of Google Learning and Development, Leanne Bernhardt, the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefit at Brocade Communications, and Aaron Sklar of IDEO spoke about what’s hap­pen­ing with wis­dom– and wellness-related ini­tia­tives in their own com­pa­nies (and for con­sult­ing firm IDEO, with their clients). ?Debbie Gisonni, the Executive Director of the Stillheart Institute facil­i­tated a lively dis­cus­sion, and Eileen Clegg, a visual jour­nal­ist, cre­ated this bril­liant graphic, below, that cap­tures the wis­dom nuggets from the pan­elists.
